Waywiser inspection software is the operational core behind every inspection system we deploy.

It manages teach-in, calibration, AI-driven inspection, OK/NOK classification, sorting, traceability and data export - across 2D surface inspection, 3D dimensional measurement and combined inspection systems. Regardless of sensor configuration - single camera, multi-sensor setups or combined 2D + 3D inspection - the software platform remains the same. Only the sensor configuration and measurement scope change, adapted to the production requirements of each application.

Production Decision

The inspection software evaluates results, classifies parts as OK/NOK, controls sorting and records every inspection for full production traceability.

OK/NOK classification

Each part is automatically classified as OK or NOK based on its deviation from the learned reference. No operator judgement required.

AI heatmap visualization

A visual heatmap highlights exactly where and how a part deviates from the reference. Operators can instantly understand the reason for each decision.

Automated part sorting

Inspection results trigger automated sorting. OK parts continue in the process, while NOK parts are automatically separated via line control integration.

Full traceability

Every part's image, heatmap, inspection result and decision are stored with a timestamp. Inspection data can be exported to CSV, databases or MES/ERP systems.
