Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, you will define how our systems are structured, integrated and deployed across different use cases. You work across hardware, software and application layers - ensuring that all components interact reliably under real production conditions.
Your work ensures that our systems are not only functional, but scalable, consistent and robust across deployments.
What you will work on
- Define system architectures for AI-based inspection solutions across different customer applications
- Design how hardware, software and data components interact within the overall system
- Translate application requirements into structured system concepts and configurations
- Specify system requirements for vision, embedded and application engineering teams
- Ensure consistency and scalability across different deployments and use cases
- Identify system-level bottlenecks and drive improvements across components
- Support deployment planning and ensure technical feasibility before implementation
- Contribute to the standardization of system modules and integration approaches
What we look for
- Strong background in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to understand and structure complex technical systems across multiple domains
- Experience working at the interface of software, hardware and real-world applications
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
- Understanding of system-level constraints such as latency, throughput, reliability and integration
- Ability to communicate across disciplines and align different engineering functions
- Experience in industrial environments or system integration is a strong plus
- Clear and structured communication in technical contexts
