Computer Vision Engineer

OVERVIEW

What you will work on

• Design and optimize computer vision algorithms for industrial inspection systems
• Develop solutions for detection, segmentation and high-precision measurement of complex components
• Improve model robustness under real-world variability (lighting, noise, surface properties, geometry)
• Analyze failure cases and implement systematic improvements based on real production data
• Collaborate closely with embedded and application engineers to ensure deployability and system integration
• Contribute to production-ready system design - not just prototypes

What we look for

• Strong background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning or a related field
• Solid experience with Python and common CV/ML frameworks (e.g. OpenCV, PyTorch or similar)
• Ability to translate theoretical models into practical, production-ready solutions
• Understanding of real-world system constraints such as latency, noise, robustness and edge deployment
• Structured problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work across disciplines and align with engineering, product and deployment teams
• Clear and effective communication in both technical and non-technical contexts
